MysteryMarket stands for hands-on audit and field-service work together with a quality-focused network of experienced operational partners. Delivery is project-based, follows the requirements of the commissioning agency or client, and respects agreed confidentiality.
Experience
The experience behind MysteryMarket comes from sustained operational work across a wide range of audit and visit formats, not from demonstration projects.
Over many years, several thousand on-site audits, inspections, mystery visits and structured fieldwork assignments have been completed personally. This operational routine shapes MysteryMarket’s working methods, planning and quality standards.
Long-term experience with recurring brand, retail, POS, asset and equipment checks, including large programmes with high visit volumes, clear evidence requirements and standardised quality criteria.
Fieldwork and checks in financial services, leasing and banking environments require particularly clean processes, traceable documentation and reliable handling of sensitive requirements.
Experience also includes revenue-protection, process and control projects as well as locations with increased operational control requirements, including petrol-station environments. The focus is on rule compliance, process integrity, observation and robust documentation.
